No, most of the whinging is about the police seeing non white people not being guilty of racist attack on white people, they just see it as an attack.

That's what I'm like. Although I get rather annoyed when people get arrested for it. It's a different thing if it's a full on onslaught, but a remark hear and there isn't worth wasting resources on.

While it is a bit silly, I don't see the issue he used a racist term and got in to trouble for it. It doesn't matter what colour you are, it is racist none the less. If the person on the recieving end is offended by it then it is up to them if they persure it further or not. If they aren't offended fair play to them. Everyone is different
