Arrested for posting pictures

Protecting moral standards in society is hugely important

I think it is morally wrong to inflict ones morals upon someone else.
If I disagree with what someone says, or their actions, then it is my problem and I have to deal with it and that goes both ways.

Do you tip-toe around life censoring yourself to such an extent that you suppress your personality in fear of offending someone?

So if they arrest the dude who posted the burning poppy picture, shouldn't I be arrested for posting this picture as I am sure there will be a much larger group of people that will moan about it.

Even if he did post it on a remembrance FB page, maybe he is a pacifist and it represents a glorification of war and that the poppy offends him.

If for example I didn't like your father for whatever reason, should I be able to turn up at his funeral and spend my time shouting abuse about him?
Your example is flawed as you have not stated why it would offend you.

That would be classed as "Breach of the Peace" and therefore illegal.
