This is why I prefer a paper catalog when I want to find something. :p

So, I want a "SIM card reader" to read data off my old phone SIM.

I type "SIM card reader" into the OCUK search box and what do i get?

16 pages mostly full of graphics cards, water blocks, laptops, motherboards etc. Pretty much everything except a SIM card reader!

If I type a less specific term "Card reader" I at least get a page of card readers, but it is not clear whether any of them read SIM cards or not unless I click on every one to see the details.

(FF 30 minutes or so, It appears none do, so the next question is can anybody recommend one. I have a couple of hundred customer numbers I want to transfer from an old phone to a new one and the old SIM card wont fit in the new phone so I was hoping if there was another way)

Link the phone to a google/apple account, use that account to store the contacts, log into new phone on that account, sync contacts.

All this nonsense I see on social media with people posting "I've lost my phone, send me your numbers" always leaves me scratching my head.

I've not had to do this in 8+ years, it's all in my google account and syncs with all devices.

I'd say "SIM Card Reader" doesnt match any products exactly so it has searched each individual word.
Then "Card Reader" does have exact matches so it shows you those.

The old phone is just a phone, nothing that complex.

This is my "First" smartphone and I am still getting used to it. But that is another story

Internal site searches are generally crap.

Protip: use Google instead. If you add 'site:foobar.com' at the end of your terms it'll search that site only. Eg. 'sim card reader site:overclockers.co.uk'

*edit*
I can't disable that stupid smiley.

Odd question, but are these all active and current customer numbers? The reason I ask is that it may be worth going through them manually for GDPR, so you can transfer them over as you do it.

Other than that, ebay it. It'll be a one use item. or try the members market if you can and ask if someone has one for sale
