US: Arrow - Season 3

I get your point and completely actually agree, I have just found that since Flash started, Arrow has become less 'dark' (aside from the crossover episodes). Saying that the series has clearly focused on Oliver struggling with his personal demons of the past.

I guess my point is that I preferred the edgier episodes from earlier seasons. The next season is certainly set up to be a good one if the last episode is anything to go by :D

I wonder if they have realised they might get audiences from The Flash now discovering Arrow so have calmed it down a bit? I'm with you, the darker earlier episodes had a better feel to them.

I just cringe every time I see Roy in a arrow suit. The next few episodes won't feature Oliver in the present time line in my view so will have to see how team arrow function with out him. I suspect Malcolm will step in as a good guy for a bit

Hopefully Roy will get killed off. He really is quite terrible.

I also preferred the darker episodes...the first couple of series had some real tough scenes. It has become a little generic and too flash like now.

Stopped watching this when they revealed the Arrow's sister as an assassin, after disappearing about 6 months prior. Just does'nt have the same vibe that seasons 1&2 had.
I just love how the yanks have a knack for running good shows into the ground.

Great episode for me, and I think I had some happy tears at the end.

Only thing that spoilt it, like MissChief above, is the baddie.

He belongs on a football pitch and not tv :mad:

Weren't you disappointed when he stripped down to the vest? His image is a hard man because of his face but when he did that he was just any 50 yr old man, sagging in all the wrong places.
