Ordered a new Samsung 48" 4K TV from my work, mainly because of staff discount & clubcard voucher i had saved up, so got it a lot cheaper than anywhere else that was selling the TV.
So ordered my new TV on Friday morning so it could be delivered on Monday while it was my night off work, didn't have the option to have it sent to a store due to the size or i would have picked it up myself.
Saturday came got the Text on my phone saying it will be delivered between 1.15pm to 3.15pm on Monday.
Well as you can probably guess it didn't show up at all Monday no text, phone call nothing, so get onto the phone to them only for them to say it only arrived late that day, yet the tracking system says the TV arrived on Saturday.
, then soon after i been on the phone the tracking suddenly changed adding a new arrival on Monday as seen in image below 
They now said it be Thursday before I get the TV & they couldn't even give me a time slot that it show up at, so i have to stay up all day Thursday after a nightshift as i can't get anybody to wait in for it due to everybody i know is working that day, & it probably not show up Thursday neither going off what other people have said about Arrow XL ie Yodel.
I only live less than half a mile up the road from the Hub, so it not exactly that they have to go far with it, i could go collect it myself but apparently they won't let you on the grounds of health & safety.
I've also been in touch with my place of work & they looking into it for me as they said it arrived at the hub on Saturday, & it should have been delivered yesterday.
I seriously don't know why big companies use Yodel/Arrow XL when they cause nothing but problems for their customers, there are endless complaints that are similar to mine all over the net.
