Artic Cooling Accelero X1 cooler

Have NVIDIA 6800 GS Geforce Extreme Graphics card

I know that the Artic Cooling Nvidia 5 will fit my card.....but I see the new Accelero X1 mentions 6800 series nvidia card....but not specifically Geforce card.. can't find any template for the Accelero to overlay card to check size.....any ideas out there....I am interested in the Accelero as it is 0.4 sone as compared to 0.9 sone

the 6800 is a GeForce card

thanks....not really into graphics cards terminology.....so it will fit!!

now all I need is for it to arrive in stock!!!!

I would stick with the Artic cooling nvidia 5 as it dumps the air out the back of the case and not dumps it to the front as the Accelero does. At the end of the day you are not going to tell the difference in the sound anyway. The NV5 is more or less silent as well. I have an NV5 Rev3 and a Zalman VF700-CU and with all the other fans turned off you can hardly hear them.

I was going to combine the NV5 with two vantec 120mm case fans (lian li V1000 + case)
as - at present it sounds like a plane is sitting next to me ready to take off!
