Artic Cooling heat sink and fan for 939?

Hey guys,
When i built my comp a few months back I bought a cheap artic cooling heat sink and fan from OCers and I think it was one of the ones that is listed for use with socket 754 but does in fact fit 939 as well. However, I can't be 100% sure since I have forgetten now and I need to recommend some specs for a friend
So.. Does Arctic Cooling Silencer 64 Ultra CPU Cooler (Socket 754) (HS-015-AR)
or Arctic Cooling Silencer 64 Ultra TC CPU Cooler (Socket 754) (HS-000-AC)
fit a socket 939 mobo?

Hi, I've been looking at buyign one of these recently and if you hae a look here on the artic cooling website it tells you which heat sinks fit which sockets, etc.
