Artic Freezer 64 - AM2 Compatiable?

Hello,

Does anyone know if the original Artic Freezer 64 is AM2 Compatible? I'm considering changing over at some point and was wondering if a new heat sink & fan would be required

No mate, i read in an AM2 review that all current 939 coolers wont fit as the AM2 socket has a different mounting clip

i`ve read the same. i`ve got a freezer 64..guess i`ll just use the stock HSF .. not going to pay £35 - http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/Zalman_CPU_Coolers.html

Yep, looking at that it will fit, although its only using one lug, instead of 3.
