The arctic freezer 7 will fit any AM3 board. I found using my Arctic freezer 64 (v1) that it was not much good for overclocking this cpu. 61C at 3400 using prime blend at vcore 1.28V. I am now using a thermalright ultra 120 which I got second hand at fleabay for £6.60 . With a 120mm fan, this looks much more promising. I would spec a higher rated cooler for the 1055T.
actric freezer Xtreme is a good cooler for the 1055|T I have one for my setup and idle temps are 21c under 100% load prime 95 @3.5Ghz 43c-47c well below max temp for these chips..
Avoid the arctic 7 like the plague, I got 1 for my x4 965 and temps were sky high. Bought a scythe mugen 2 and this does the job much better, its worth spending out on a good cooler if you want to overclock.
obviously if you have a crammed case with no cable management or any air flow management. (intake and exhaust fans) then this product wont make much difference! it comes with thermal paste but you could always buy some better stuff to squeeze a couple of extra degrees out of it.
and remember to have the fan pushing air through the heatsink out the back of your case!!!
