Artic screw spacing

No I mean radiator sizing, if I get 280 where would I need to drill all screw holes relative to the other fan template. Compared to just fitting one fan, the 4 screw holes and large hold can go anywhere.
What about putting some paper/card over the radiator and punch holes where the screws go?

Fan sizes are pretty standard on hole spacing. I think 120mm 140mm is the diagonal:

The weird thing about some Arctic fans is the plastic "supports" near the screw holes - depending if you are using screws or bolts with large head like mushroom bolts they might not fit.

I mean the gap between each fan. There's 15, 20 and 24.5 spacing

Are you talking about Arctic AIOs rather than their fans? There shouldn't be a gap as is the case as for nearly all radiators so fans sit flush next to each other but I dont have one to confirm.

Every single AIO I've had has had the fans flush against each other with no gab between them.

This is pretty much always correct these days (for like 10 years) and it is 15mm between fan holes centre to centre.

If you look at the diagram below you'll see on a 140mm fan, two holes are 125mm apart. That is 140mm minus 15mm (note that it's 7.5mm in from each edge, which creates 15mm when you butt two fans together):
