This is my first setup, so I set it up over 5 hours last night and surprisingly it worked fine.

I have been using it for the first time today (about 2 hours so far) and while browsing the net, i got some funny screen activity.

1st time, it was a bunch of squares shimmering as i moved the cursor / other items. I shut down and booted up again.

It happened again after maybe 30 mins. This time it was the "blame it on the boogey" effect. I checked the graphics card temperature while this was happenening and it was at 77 C.

What do you think this could be?

In what sense?

I'm downloading the graphics card drivers fromt he Powercolor website as we speak. Unfortunately at 5kBps.

I think it may be heat related since ive left my PC running for an hour now just downloading and it's still working fine.

What do you think?

Could be heat, is there enough venterlation round the graphics card.

Download the drivers direct from the Ati site!
