With catalyst AI enabled (on drivers 10.5, 10.6, 10.7 on a 4870x2) I'm getting artifacting on fallout 3 and GTA4 EFLC. Turning off catalyst AI removes the issue but performance is slower

Could this be a problem with the card? A driver issue or something unique to my setup?
