Artifacts? Crysis/Fallout

I get this in Crysis and had no idea what it is although it appears a few times and the other one in fallout on some of the shacks:



The CPU was overclocked but I get these both on stock settings to. Just wondering really.

4200+ x2
asus A8N SLi
2GB PC3200 Patriot
EMU 0404
7800 GTX

GPU temps? Overheating perhaps? Is it overclocked?

River tuner reads it at 50 idle and over 80 under load. It's at stock.
