Artifacts only at boot up

Hello Chaps, Need some advise, I have the rig in my Sig, but I'm having issues for a while now at boot up it will artifact. But this also causes the PC to BSOD only on boot up. Gives a system File ATKdispeavfilter.sys. this was related to the Asus OSD gaming thing that you get with it uninstalled this but gives the same problem with a different system file. I have tried different drivers, this card has been in 2 boards, 2 different PSU, and 2 Different Memories, Same issue,. IT will only do this at boot up will crash a few times then it will boot no artifacts in to vista 64 bit, and not crash ever again until the PC is switched off for a few hrs. I have run 3d mark and many games it wont artifact or crash its rock stable. Just the boot up thing is ******* me off lol

If it does it in different machines i would definitely think about getting the card RMAed, have you also tried the most up to date drivers?

Your sig is too big btw, 4 lines max.

Hello thanks for the reply, yeh i have tried all diffrent drivers latest ones, but wouldnt Overclockers reject the RMA because once in to windows its fine? i changed my sig

It is odd that it only happens at startup, but if you have tried it in different pcs and you are are sure it's the card causing the problem then i would ring ocuk and see if they are willing to rma it, you might even get a newer model

I wouldn't be happy if i had a graphics card that was doing what you describe all the time.

yeh i know, i have had to put up with it for a while, it just means i have to reboot a few times before i can get in to Vista.

I would ring ocuk and see what they say, i had a dodgy psu and RMAed it with them, they organized the pick up at a suitable time and sent a new one within a week or two.
