Artifacts via HDMI

Connected TV to PC via a HDMI cable to watch the troops marching at the Queens funeral via YouTube but there there were artifacts on screen I am assuming it is a resolution issue though not certain.
Anyone any suggestions?

Were you watching an online stream of the footage ? It’ll most likely be compression artefacts from the online video feed which will be lower quality than over the air / satellite Sources.

I sorted the YouTube app on the TV so can play direct rather from the PC VIA HDMI.
