They were never that great when they were released. Over priced IIRC. You would be better off with one of the Swiftech Kits.

Custom make your own better in every way, can be as cheap or expensive as you like and be inside or outside the options are limitless.

A simple water cooling loop is made from a block(To take the heat) a pump(to move it away from the heat source) and a radiator(to get rid of the heat) Thats how i have always seen watercooling set ups they are pretty simple when broken down.

Read a few guides there's plenty out there.
