Not sure if it is old news for you guys, but hadn't heard of it before and there might be a fair few other that haven't.
It seems Asetek's lawyers are on a war path for anyone producing All-in-one Liquid coolers.
"Asetek has taken enforcement actions against both Cooler Master and CoolIt in U.S. District Court, as well as against CoolIT in Europe."
Just been reading this article on how swifttech's H220 has already been withdrawn from the states, not being a huge fan of the round Asetek design I do hope it doesn't limit which AIO coolers are available in the future.
Is it me or do Aseteks so called patents just cover everything to do with water cooling fullstop.
