Honestly dude.
No the card is not supposed to click like a warming up radiator.
You have had all the options many times by many people. RMA it or live with it.
Be aware, if it is not reproducible when RMA'ed you will get it back.
Just not sure how many rimes you can be told this.
Have you spoken to the shop/site you bought it from? That would be another good idea....
