Asking a favour - Onkyo calibration mic

I'm trying to locate an Onkyo calibration mic to use with my Onkyo HT-R538 receiver but having a little trouble finding one. Not really turning up much on google and even Onkyo's tech support are struggling to find the part number and where I can get one.

I know this is a bit of a stab in the dark and asking a big favour, but does anyone have one of these mics that I could borrow by any chance? I'd be willing to pay postage, and return it obviously.

I would also ask on AVF. There is far more traffic over there concerning this matter

Iirc mines is for a 507 will that work for you?

Cheers for the reply, have just posted on AVF and will see what they say.

By coincidence the Onkyo support finally got back to me this morning, but they seem to think the R538 doesn't have a connection for a mic, will see what AVF say

Also thanks a lot for offering 233, will get back to you if I find out I can use a calibration mic with this system.

I don't think your AV receiver supports the use of a setup mic. After having a quick look at the online pdf, i can't see a jack that takes the setup mic

Agreed, after looking at the manual and in the menu system for the receiver it doesn't seem to have this option.
