ASOS contact email?

Cheers, tried that but ignoring. I want to get something in writing to them and had hoped email would be the quickest.

Facebook works best for them.

The email will go into a queue where they're answered by an advisor, the backlog can get quite big (I worked there a few years ago).

They've been utterly atrocious for me today. Changed my plans to wait in for DPD, didn't go to the cinema...I get an email saying that I wasn't in and the picture is of a bush on a road...my road doesn't even have any bushes! Guy clearly just couldn't be arsed.

ASOS have done nothing. DPD have taken it to a shop that I won't be collecting it from. **** them both.
