ASP.NET Add forward slash to the end of url automatically

how can you add a forward slash to the end of a querystring automatically using urlrewriting.net?

i.e www.domain.com/news
goes to
www.domain.com/news/

i want the rule for any link

not sure if that is going to work with urlrewriting.net because i dont think it handles the condition part.

no, only have iis 6.

i've done them all manually, about 100 rules lol!
