ASP.net hosting recommendations

Looking to host my photo site for as cheap as possible. (dotnet 4.5.2)

Was going to go for the basic plan here http://www.winhost.com/home.aspx

Any other recommendations?

Do they normally allow you to access SQL Server with SQL Server Management Studio?
I've only ever done LAMP hosting where you accessed MySQL through a web interface.

Azure PAYG hosting is pretty cheap. Has the advantage of blob storage too.

Certainly Liquid6 allow this.
