Can some 1 find me a 2nd hard drive to use in my laptop, I want about 300 - 400 no more than 50

It need to fit in that.

Overclockers sell laptop hard drives, but you will need the little connector that goes on the end, your existing hard drive should have one, you will have to find that elsewhere, but linking to competitors is not allowed, google is your friend.

Yes you can, but you will need the little adapter connector that goes on the end of it.

blimey your hard work as said before overclockers sell these hard drives £50 or so for a 320gb 2.5" sata hard drive, go to the main page and you can order one job done.
