its tight because of where the power cables come out.
Thats why most people fit seasonic as the cable come out on the left..

Yes, standard ATX. It's tight fit, especially with a long optical drive. The Seasonic S12 fits, but it's pretty tight.

Whats the quality of the case like, is it flimsy?

It's ok for the money but it's not really good quality case, main thing is the fit, it's a bit too small- means buying a low height HSF (Zalman 7000 is ok) The top panel is a bit flimsy. To fit anything to the motherboard means removeal of PSU and optical drive. It has a removable motheboard tray. Because it's so tight it means you have to be really tidy with cables, as wires could fall onto CPU fan, around videocard etc. It has a couple of inches space between motherboard and front panel, so tie wrap the cables there.

I would rate it below Silverstone TJ-08 and Antec NSK2400.

Mmmmm just what i though, leaning towards the Lian-Li PC-V300B more and more.
