I don't know if anyone will be able to answer this because you will probably need both the Aspire X-Qpack Micro-ATX case as well as the Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 to answer it. My question is does this cooler fit into this case on a standard Micro-ATX motherboard?

Any info would be great.

My gut is telling me it will not with a PSU fitted into the case, just not enough room I do not think.

Dunno if it will fit, but I know the Zalman 7000B does fit into a X-Qpack. I'll have a look how much gap is between top of HSF/case rails.

no chance look @ this pic

The best cooler for the x-qpack (without watercooling) is probably the zalman cnps7700-cu or the blue orb from thermaltake. You won't fit anything other than lower profile coolers in there and both of those come with 120mm fans (although they are designed for silence rather than performance).

Doubt the 7700 will fit into a Qpack?

It just squeezes in - you might have to fold the fins a smidgen to let them 'ping' into place.

you can use these i think RobH,

Thermaltake Blue Orb II
Thermaltake Golden Orb II
Zalman CNPS7700-ALCU Ultra-Quiet
Zalman CNPS8000 Ultra Quiet Low Profile
Zalman CNPS7700-ALCU Ultra-Quiet
Zalman CNPS7700-CU Ultra-Quiet
Zalman CNPS7000B-ALCU Ultra-Quiet
Zalman CNPS7000B-CU Ultra-Quiet
Zalman CNPS7000B-CU Ultra-Quiet
Zalman FS-C77 Fatal1ty CPU Cooler

there maybe more

I've seen bigger, Lian-Li PC V2100 PLUS B Silverstone Temjin TJ07 and the Stacker 810 are all bigger. That looks like a standard ATX full tower.

the tj07 is not bigger than that, look its got 3 hard drive cages plus your normal 4 dvd drives :D

That looks like a 7000, not a 7700. I've fitted a 7000B into a Qpack and it's a pretty tight fit, the 7700 could fit, as there's a bit of space between cooler and case side (not so much in height) but I didn't want to risk buying one and find it wouldn't. Unless I had one already at hand to test fit.

No its a 7700 I know I bought it
