aspire x qpack LCD thermostat problem

Just recently my LCD therostat started displaying "LL or 10" for cpu and "25" for hdd and these values dont seem to change. I have tried pluggin the power connector into a differnt rail and moving the diodes.

Is there anything that could be wrong with this or is it just knackered?

The 25 problem is a damaged sensor. It's quite common. You can either change the sensor (requires removal of the case front) or RMA the case.
