ASRock A300 bios update options

I am considering purchasing an A300 but would like to pair it with an Ryzen 5 3400G.
The bios will need updating before i would be able to use this CPU and as i don't have another CPU to carry the flash out, do i have any other options?

I bought one a couple of months back and it appears that they now come with the updated BIOS already installed, even has a sticker on the box stating that it is AMD Ryzen 3000 desktop ready.

A300 arrived and is indeed 3000 desktop ready! excellent little thing it is too!
