Yeah. Ive got everything set up currently and for some reason it wont boot.
the Asrock, an AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 5000+ Black Edition 2.60GHz (Socket AM2) - Retail
OCZ 4GB (2x2GB) PC2-6400C5 Dual Channel Vista Gold Series DDR2 (OCZ2G8004GK)
the ATI Radeon either isnt compatible or.. well, im not sure

Yeah the machine powers on. The fan gets power. The system just wont boot.
IM completely baffled as to why its not working.
Like you know when you first power your pc all the fans run at 100% then slow down to like 50%... mine just stays running at 100% and wont boot past the bios or anything.

resetted the bios, removed the card multiple times, no beeps =[

Turns out one of my RAM is faulty.
