ASrock Artic cooler Q HSF

Just a quickie, i have disabled cool n quiet in BIOS, (spec in sig) now what controlls my HSF speed or will it always run at 100% as i dont see anything within my computer system to control it. I have everest and that shows temps and rpm (1360) rpm. Just wondering what actually controlls the HSF speed wise, or isnt there anything and i shoudnt worry ?

Or should i download something etc to use.

I have Artic freezer pro on the same mobo.

It will just run 100% speed all the time.

That's fine with me as it is a pretty quite fan anyway.

So, yeah, it's all ok.
