Asrock 4CoreDual-VSTA (Socket 775) PCI-Express/AGP DDR2 Motherboard.

Would this board be compatible with Pentium *4 3.4MHz EM64T*,800 MHz FSB ,2MB L2 Cache before I go ahead and purchase.
