Asrock CPU Upgrade board

I realy need one of these boards but cant find them anywhere, does anybody know were i can find one please? (The AM2 one preferably)

Oh yeah sorry i forgot, oh well i have found one now anyways but need more advice, i currently have an Athlon64 3400+, what CPu would be best for balance in performance and price on AM2 (I dont want to spend too much but would like a decent performance increase) Thanks.
