Asrock exreme3 970 no signal

Hello

I have replaced my old asus m5a78l-m/usb3 with the board in the title and now I am receiving no video signal from a gtx560ti (as this has no onboard graphics) I am using 8gb crucial 1333mhz Ram an fx8120 powered by g7 680w psu
with a 500gb 7.2k rpm harddrive

I have tried using a different psu (750w) with no result and also different 8gb ram kit with no result which leads me to think its a faulty motherboard

Is there anything else I can do? Thanks

Are all power connections connected including the 8 pin for cpu power.

Also try a CMOS reset.

The PSU looks a heap junk.

Yes actually the 8pin isn't connected can I use 2 4pins or do I need to get an 8pin extension?

You will need to use the 2 x 4 pin connectors
