asrock n61p-s pci-e graphics card which one?

I have a mate who's looking to upgrade his computer, he is currently using the onboard graphics on a asrock n61p-s he's on a budget and looking to run games like skyrim. Which cards would be a relativity good option for him please? Thanks. And merry Christmas

No point speccing a decent card if it will be bottlenecked elsewhere

Cpu is a Athlon II 64 4400+
PSU is 400w
Ram is 2gb so I think he'll probably need another 2gb also by the looks of things
