Asrock OC profiles

Guys,

I got an i5 2500k on a Asrock Extreme 4 Gen3 Board with water cooling.

I've currently just used the OC profiles on the board for a 4.8 automatic overclock. I've stress tested this and temps don't get any higher than 62c and vcore sits around the 1.43 mark. Is this safe?

What do you think? Should I stay with this or maybe look at a manual OC?

Go for a manual overclock, as that voltage is too high. I think that a vcore of 1.38 is the maximum recommended voltage for the i5 2500K.
