Hi all new here. :D

any way...

ive seen that in the bios of ASRock p43de in OverClocking Mode Options.

Auto
Manual
IOT (Intelligent Over Clocking)
Optimized

I have not touched any yet and will defo not touch the manual OC. I have looked and found out that IOT means Intelligent Over Clocking. How safe is it to keep this on Intelligent Over Clocking Mode all the time and which is the best mode to have on?. At the moment it set to Auto as default but if i can increase the OC i want to but with out breaking anything.

Also Exit option in the bios you can load different bios settings.

Load Bios Defaults
Load Performance Set up Default (IDE/SATA)
Load Performance Set up AHCI Mode
Load Power saving set up default

I have not touched any setting ive just looked and was just wondering which setting is the best to change and if it was ok to do?.

My PC is

Processor: Intel Core Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz 2.40GHz

RAM: 4GB DDR2

OS: Windows 7 pro 64Bit

Graphic Card: XFX HD 5770

Power Supply: Pro X Stream 1000W

What is the best settings in the bios for manual overclocking as i have no idea. thanks for any help.
