Cliffs:
Over 2000Mhz out the box gaming boost clock
Higher then normal temps (reviewer didn't advise of fan speed).
High power consumption
Voltage is at 1.200V+
Undervolting drop temps immensely with on average 1-3 fps drop in performance (Mem OC 930)
UV dropped power consumption immensly
It beat the Pulse by a long shot.
Looks like card was reviewed on a Riser Card.

Still awaiting more reviews on this one to compare to the nitro +.

This has 4 DP (1.4a) and 2 (2.0b)HDMI ports

It is fascinating to see how nvidia's FE editions are with the higher power consumption, while their partners' cards go with lower.
While with AMD it's the opposite - the reference cards go with lower power consumption, while their partners' are with the higher power consumption.
This is a slightly different from the Nitro.
Nitro is the best Manual Overclocker.
Tiachi is the best out the box OC'd card. For those that don't want to OC manually. At the cost of heat, power consumption, etc.

To note though this Tiachi is a 10-1 phase power. While the Nitro is 8-1 power phase. I need to see the cooler though and how well it does. Steve at Gamer Nexus states he has the Tiachi on the way. Can't wait to see a full comparison between all the AIB 5700xt cards when it arrives.

Watercool or custom aircool a reference and use MorePowerTool. Even better get an AE or an AIB one.
I am not saying this Taichi is a bad card, but £150 over reference model covers the cost of a big cooler or the other AIB ones.

Yeah, I cannot explain why it's so high. But if Steve from Gamer Nexus confirms what I think is the case, the Tiachi should be the best OC'd card out the box regardless of thermals and power consumption.
Which would explain the price. But I will await his review in the next week or so. I hope that cooler can deal with the thermals. That's my concern right now. I can easily manually under volt it and get thermals and power consumption back in line.

If the Heatsink and fan can't deal with the thermals with manual fan speeds then it's the Nitro for me.

Edit:
You won't get the same performacne results with a OEM card WC do to power limitations. Unless you got better then average GPU die. The only AIB card I know that actually has consistently got waterblocks made for it in the past are the Nitro's.

I do hope to see more reviews on this card.
Shame there haven't been more by now.
Edit
I spoke too soon. Here you go:

And here it is folks, why the Tiachi costs more IMO:

10-1 phase power in action here. A striaght line for voltage and almost striaght line for clock rates. However, the heatsink isn't a good as the Nitro+. You still need a higher fan speed and still have higher temps then the Nitro+.

Tiachi is awful on temps and fan noise. red devil seems the best buy.
The RD is a nice card indeed. And it too has a 10-1 power phase if memory serves me correctly. However, I've not seen the RD do 930MHz memory while undervolting. UV on the Tiachi only seem to reduce FPS between 1-3 (with 930Mhz on memory) while bring the power/heat inline with the Nitro.

Right, I believe that with a waterblock it will leave the other cards behind in performance.

All signs point to someone making a waterblock for the Nitro (possibly by Bykski) and now EK is making a WB for RD

AsRock need to step up and coordinated with EK for a WB IMO.

Edit:
I was just made aware that they used older drivers to do reviews.

I just undervolted my RD and upped the memory without any problems.
I see, thanks for the info.
In the video the Tiachi was UV to 1.054V or 1054mv. Which is a lot lower then what you provided at 1146mv. And, only lost 1-3 fps in games.
I'm not implying that you cannot UV a RD nor am I saying that you cannot gain a benefit from it.
What I am saying is that the Tiachi, even undervolted seems to perform exceptionally well here.

memory voltage is different from core voltage.

standard set to 2100mhz GT1 71.10fps GT2 52.17 fps 13841 score 1994mhz; 56c core; 79C hotspot; 60C mem 221W
1021mv UV 2000mhz GT1 69.89 fps ; GT2 50.71 fps; 13517 score 1880 mhz; 49C core ; 65C hotspot; 58C mem; 177W
1021mv + 950 mem GT1 71.78 fps; 52.12 fps ; 13890 score; 1896 mhz; 50C core; 64C hotspot; 58C mem; 182W

Thats just a random UV and core set to 2000 mhz for the UV.

Edit I was running fire strike extreme.
That really doesn't have anything to do with the reviewer in the OP dropping OC + UV while bumping the memory to only show 1-3 FPS difference yet bring the power and heat in line to where the Nitro is.

You said you hadn’t seen an RD do 930 on memory with an under volt so I showed you mine do 950 with a big undervolt. You can see the score and frame rate is virtually identical between the standard out the box settings compared to my undervolt and memory OC which is the same as what that vid shows. So it kinda has everything to do with the video.
To technical effect I still haven't "seen it". I may have read about similarities though :).

I further elaborated to you that my post wasn't an indication that the RD wasn't "undervolt'able". Which would also cover any personal feelings you have about ram OC'ing. So to say "I haven't seen it" doesn't mean it's not possible.

In a later post I explained to you that the undervolt that I was referencing was from video in the OP. Something you advised was much higher on your RD. And, to further add, I did thank you for your post earlier.

So, to that end, to further clarify to "you" I've not seen a duplicate result of the Tiachi UV (from the OP) made on another 5700 xt. I hope that clears things up for you. ;)
