ASRock SL-1200P availability

It's well reviewed and the OEM is HEC, A rated on the SPL tier list.

At its current £150 price, it would be the PSU I would buy if I was building myself a rig right now, even if I had much lower power requirements.

It only very recently went out of stock, hopefully that changes soon.

Edit: Ah, the "Platinum" version of the Steel Legend? Ignore the above, brain fart moment, not that I'd spend more than the gold version personally.

Yeah, it was specifically the new platinum version I was interested in, not only because it performs well and has favourable reviews but I'm intrigued by the OTP on the 12V-2x6 connector, aka TempGuard.
 
I could get it from the US as I'm there regularly but would rather have a UK variant alongside UK consumer protection.

Thanks for that! I'll look up some user comments on that one irt the OTP.

I'm in no real rush so can afford to wait and see if the SL-1200P turns up in the UK. It's supposed to be a good PSU in its own right so I'll patiently wait.

The 1200G has OTP
 
SL-850P, SL-1000P, and SL-1200P are all on my radar. I have asked Asrock for inbound stock ETAs but not had anything back yet.

Will keep pushing as I want the lines for our range.
 
Oh wonderful, @rjk!

I'll keep waiting and keep an eye out for the PSU range to expand with these models.
