ASRock X670E Steel Legend ATX

Hi all. What's your opinion on this MB? I am building a system for the 7950X and was going for the B650 AORUS ELITE AX when I came across with this ASROCK. It's an extra £100 but if it is worth it I will go for it.

Looks like the main benefits are better audio (including rear spdif), a second 1GB ethernet, 4th M.2 slot and a PCI-E 5.0 graphics slot. TPU reviewed the B650E version, I believe, which appears to have a similar (identical?) VRM, but worse audio.

I was looking at it as I like two nic's, but apart from that I may just be borring and get a gigabyte.
