Hi,

I recently got the ASRock Z370 Gaming K6 and encountering an issue. Annoyingly, the motherboard won't power on at all, the connected fans don't work and of course, it fails to post. I checked the PSU when pressing the power button and the fan doesn't spin despite manually disabling eco mode.

Thought the PSU might be at fault but I attached a PSU tester with a power switch and connected the SATA for the liquid cooler. The fan now works, the cooler's fans work, so does the pump lighting.

This motherboard has an onboard power button, so the issue isn't to do with the case's power switch. Tried loosening, tightening the cooler, removing the CMOS Battery, only powering with 1 memory module and unplugging all USB devices.

Do you think I should RMA the motherboard or get another PSU?
If the PSU failed, surely it wouldn't be able to power on with the tester unless I'm mistaken.

Please note, I've inserted the 24-pin and 8-pin EPS a few times to make sure they're connected.

Thanks.
