Asrock Z370m itx and 8350k help

hey Guys

Kinda stumped on this one, got this combo today from OCers and normally I wouldn't have any issues but cant seem to get past it

ASRock Z370M-ITX
Intel 8350k

When I install windows, it begins to load the first stage from the HD (SSD) and then just dies. I can get into the BIOS no problem, its not in a case, I removed all unnecessary guff so its just PSU, one stick of DDR4, keyboard, mouse the mobo/cpu etc

I did have a M2 drive in at first but tried other SSD's, same issue. I also tried a SSD from my other system to see if it would get past the same spot but no. Ive tried:

1. Two coolers, including standard intel
2. Tried reseating everything, many times
3. Tried different DDR4
4. Tried 3 different SSD's/M2

Kinda stumped on this but wondered if there might be a simple issues I'm missing?

So,it seems drive and network related both. I can install windows 10 from the usb drive, or at least start to. As soon as it gets to the choose a network screen it just shuts down.

Likewise, if I use my other system SSD with Win10 on it, I can sometimes get in to windows but as soon as it gets network, it shuts down.

Very strange. Gonna give it one more shot, been hours, then gonna have to return them which is a shame.

The box also had a tear in it when it arrived today so I'm thinking it may be a faulty one resent out or something?

edit: Now using my b350 gaming and ryzen 1700 with all the same other bits and working fine first time
