Asrock Z68 1155 want new CPU help

I have this motherboard Asrock and would like to know what CPU i can go upto?
On there CPU chart they list these two i7-3770K(E1) Ivy Bridge i7-3770K(E0)

What is the difference with the E1 and E0
and is it this CPU

Thank you for any help on this ;)
 
Looking around the web the E0 was a pre-launch stepping wheres the E1 is the retail version.

But the Ocuk would probably be the E1 stepping as this is apparently the retail version, but ultimately they are all the same, none have any extra features removed or added.
