Hi all,

What do you think of the asrock boards?

On the same Par as Msi/GB and ASUS as im wanting to get the Asrock extreme 11 with the Raid LSI onboard chip

Any ideas?

It is very rare I see someone recommend an AsRock board, it is normally Gigabyte for a budget>intermediate or Asus for more professional/enthuaist builds.

That must say something about the quaility of the board.

People dont seem to recommend Asrock boards because they still think there budget manufacturer. Asrock have come a long way to shake off that stigma and now do some fantastic motherboards.

I have an Z77 EXTREME 4 and love it.

OC.net is the place where ASRock is raved about unlike here. Soon as some say ASRock here it's like a disease. Most of the trend seems to follow, stulid.

Im loving my ASrock Extreme 11 so much better than i thought and setting up the LSI megaraid was so easy

I cannot praise my Z77 OC Formula enough.

Overclocks my 3770k higher with less volts than my Gigabyte UD5 could

Yip had same experience with voltage and temps with a mild overclock of 4Ghz my temps are 6 degrees less than with the gigabyte
Good stuff... My Z77 OC Formula is in the post..... (going from Asus P8P67). Will be mounting my 2600K and a Noctua NH-D14 later this week.

Exactly no product is fool proof. Basically everything sold has a guarantee, it could go go wrong!
