Does anyone else get a buzzing sound from this motherboard when gaming?

It's not the PSU or GPU, it's definitely the motherboard, and only happens when a GPU is installed and a game running.

I've replaced every component and even ran the motherboard outside the case to narrow down the sound.

It seems to come from around the CPU socket/PCIE area.

I've tried different GPUs, PSUs, RAM, SSDs as I thought it could just be coil whine at first.

I've had the motherboard replaced and even tired an Asus ITX motherboard which too had the same buzzing sound from the same area.

I also tried disabling C1E, C3 and C6 as I know these can cause the CPU area to buzz but that didn't help either.

Spec:
BitFenix Prodigy (Arctic White)
ASRock Z77E-ITX
Intel Core i3-2120
Xigmatek Loki SD963
Corsair XMS3 DDR3 1600MHz 4GB
Kingston 120GB V+200
OCZ ZS 650

I've tried my 670, 7850 and 6870. No buzzing sound occurs on my ATX motherboard when using these cards.
