Hello guys. First my pc:
9700K stock 4600mhz
Aorus Z390 Pro Gaming
2080 Ti Aorus Waterforce Xtreme ( yeah i know badass )
2x16GB DDR4 GSKILL XMP 3000MHZ
Seasonic 750W TX Titanium Ultra
SSD 1 TB Crucial
Hard Disk 1TB WB

Windows 10 1909 is up to date. Today i run Assassin Creed Odyssey and run through Atens.

Fine. Gpu load between 88%-93% no fps drops. But when i entering the same area it drops gpu load to 50% to 1 second and freez for 1 second. And again 90%. After 4 minutes the same stutter. And no repeated since. But if happens it will happen on the same place. Its near some temple on mountain.

It was hardware issue?
In background i am using only Msi Afterburner + RTSS. Uplay was closed and no other apps. THx
Really apologize for my language. I am from Europe.

It could be anything to be honest, PC doing something that you were unaware of, possibly checking for updates etc, or it could be the game engine having a moment. I really wouldn't worry at this stage unless it starts happening with some regularity.

Cheers Sam

Maybe AC I have
9900KS @5200Mhz
16GB @ 4200 Mhz
AMD 5700XT

I get frame rate drops/stutters at some points.

To test I get a small stutter on the bench mark about 3 seconds before the end, it happens everytime drops from about 76FPS to 7-35.

I had this exact same issue with my 8700k.

I thought the cpu must be a bottleneck or maybe just a bad game engine.

I haven't played the game again on my 3950x to see if it also happens with AMD but the issue you describe is definitely happening on Intel cpus
