Assassin’s Creed Ancient Greece

This sounds really cool. I've only heard good news for Origins, so hopefully Ubisoft realizes they should just take their time and not pump out these games every year.

there's a lot of good things about origins but there doesn't feel like much of a challenge to any of the game play, i mean i haven't done a mission where you cant be seen or you fail the mission, one good aspect from brotherhood was objectives within the mission itself where if you completed them all you would complete the whole memory sequence.

Still waiting for feudal Japan

If they take their time with it again and continue to build on what is already a fantastic game in Origins, then I would very much look forward to this one. Origins is the best AC game yet, but there are still neat features from previous titles that they could add. Hoping it is a direct follow up to Origins.

As I've said on multiple occasions, I'll play these games for the settings and details alone which are always fantastic, even if the gameplay/story aren't anything special. Ancient Greece? Count me in.

There are also a couple of great settings they could explore like India or the Yucatan Peninsula.

Even though I love Japan, I'd be more interested in China TBH.

I liked Origins, but I'm not buying another iteration until they decide to tie up the numerous story threads that they've left dangling since AC3. They need to either cut the modern day aspect out completely and make the games standalone adventures under the AC title, or conclude it some way, preferably before it becomes any more convoluted.

That's what I think as well. They should just make standalone stories set in different periods without all the modern, convoluted faff and work on making them as interesting as possible. They always deliver top-notch settings which would be enough to carry future iterations provided the stories are up to scratch as well. The games don't need to be connected at all, apart from the main idea. I think it would even make the series a bit more unique.

I'm in the odd category of only creed game I played and enjoyed was black flag, I'm yet to try origins I need it below £15 before I buy, Greece could be interesting setting though so I'm interested

At least there was barely any modern stuff this time. It does need to go though.

I waited and waited untill only recently for it to drop to about the £24 markwhere I am happy to buy.

However I had finished all my games and wanted something over the weekend so bit at £30.

From what I can see the game is of the scale of the Witcher 3 and truly stunning. So it's worth the £30.
