Hi All,

So basically ive been messing around with the settings in AC Origins to find the best way to get a constant 60fps at 4k.

I can do it with a mix of between high and very high. The strange thing is that if i set the AA to low i get more FPS than if i was to set to off!!??

Im not an AA fan due to the amount of a performance hit i get at 4k but with this game it seems to lower performance by around 5fps if i switch this off....

Anyone else seeing this behavior?

Thanks

If I remember correctly enabling low AA in Origins or Odyssey actually reduces the render resolution then upscales back to the target resolution.

... not only AC Origins ;)

Metro LL Redux 4K SLI 1080Ti with average SSAA - 0.5x
I have well over !!! FPS :eek::D

and with SSAA - OFF 4K max is 100 - 120 FPS only :(:D

btw. Metro Last Light Redux in 1080TI SLI ( all settings ) will smash any single RTX including 2080Ti and new TITAN RTX as well.
