In summary - lovely graphics, crapola gameplay... which is a shame.

That said, my copy of Assassin's Creed hasn't been in my 360 since I got Crysis the day after, and now that I've got Mass Effect I think I'll just trade Assassin's Creed in. It really doesn't live up to the hype.

True, but as I don't have a console, I thought it would probably be a good pointer as to what the PC version will look like in Jan or whenever.

It's a shame, so many much anticipated games at the moment, don't seem to quite live up to their hypes.

That's true. If the console version is anything to go by, I definitely won't be getting it for PC.

I have to disagree here though.

The Witcher has exceeded the very minimal hype it got by a long-shot, Crysis has completely blown me away, and Mass Effect is turning out to be one of the best RPG's that I, for one, have ever played.

My only letdowns this past few months have been Jericho and Bioshock TBH.
