this seriously tickled me mate, cant stop laughing.
 
Is anyone else getting differing performance on this? I was playing it yesterday and was struggling to keep it above 40FPS whereas today it was a lot better and staying above 50 most of the time.
 
I've been enjoying the game thus far, though I've only been playing for about 1hr 30mins. The controls are nice, as always, and the free running feels a lot more fluid.

I've come across a problem and I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered it.

I just got to the part where you
see the chap that looks after you dying
and then the game went to load the next scene...and just ticks over on the loading screen. I restarted the game, haven't tried the PC yet as I'm transferring some files. Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this?

Every time I load up I get different performance .. Sometimes it's smooth as silk other times it's poo
 
Still no luck getting mine to work since having to do an unrelated system restore. Attempting another fresh install but this time through Origin to see if that makes a difference. If not, I'll be giving up for now... :(

Edit:
Finally working again...

Had to download through Origin, install using the exe and refuse to let Uplay install the patch. That patch kept corrupting 95% of the files and forcing a 40GB download... Well done Ubisoft...

Mine won't work if I allow it to install the patch. If you bought it through Origin you can download it there and play offline to avoid installing the patch.

If you bought it through Uplay then that won't help, sorry :(.

Sigh, I bought it via Uplay to get the gold edition...:(


Just found out I can finally enter the game by cloding MSI afterburner down, if I leave it on then ACU.exe error keep popping out. Will try to use Fraps to check the fps in game but wont be able to see if CF is working properly...

I'm going to assume it's just another problem with the game but has anyone else had problems opening the companion app chests in the game, or am I just being thick? I've got at least three unlocked on the app but every time I try to open them in-game, it just says that I have to play the companion app to unlock it? Even though on the app, it says to unlock it in the actual game...

I thought the game saved both a local copy, and an online one? Does the online one then take preference over the local copy?
