Assassin's Creed - Which Patch For ATi?

I was just wondering which patch is the ideal one to use as an ATi owner?

I seem to remember that one of the patches got rid of the DX 10.1 features. So is it worth installing the latest patch which still included that, or is it better to download the latest one?

if u want to play with dx10.1 features u will have to play the game with no patch at all im afraid ,but the game is not buggy as i finished it with no patch at all.

It was the first patch, 1.02 i think..so play w/o it...see if you get any bugs..I didnt see much difference between the two myself but you may
