Asset Management

I am looking at getting some Asset Management software. Can any of you guys impart your wisdom on what would be the best solution?

We have the following devices that need to be captured...

Printer
Cisco Phones
Cisco Switches
Servers
Laptops
Workstations
Citrix HP terminals

We are looking at capturing the software contained on these devices also.

Agentless discovery if possible?

The extra abilities like automated scanning, helpdesk, user portals, knowledge bases, ect; and all the plugins you can get to perfect it...stunning piece of software. Free too!
All all the info in it cross references each other!

Put it in at two places now, very good piece of software.
